Fingerprint Advertising Agency was given the honour of developing Nordic Light's campaign - both visually and in terms of content - in line with the international standard of marketing communication for real estate development. Our goal was to create a marketing concept that reflected Skanska's values. One that could convey the uniqueness of the project to the target audience - potential tenants, investors and partners.

Sustainability, employee wellbeing and an inspiring working environment are now not only trends, but also fundamental expectations for the modern office market. Skanska's Nordic Light Trio office building In Budapest, on Váci út, it represents just that: a building that is built according to the WELL building standard, focusing on health, comfort and productivity.

Tasks

A comprehensive marketing communication strategy was developed in the framework of the office building marketing cooperation. As part of this, a creative concept was developed and used as a basis for the brochures presenting the investment. We also developed a website that is not only informative, but also offers a modern and clean visual experience in line with the WELL standard.

In addition to the office building, it was of paramount importance to ensure a field presence. We designed and manufactured outdoor advertising surfaces - such as construction nets, banners, directional signs - that effectively conveyed the development's message to passers-by. Visual consistency and visibility were key to all elements.

During the office marketing project, we also made sure that the messages and graphic elements were not just aesthetic. They should be credible and understandable for the different target groups. Marketing communication is not only about information, but also about creating experiences. This is particularly true for a building that itself focuses on the employee experience.
