Presentation of an experiential museum installation
There are few projects where history, technology and experiential education meet at such a high level. The team at Fingerprint Advertising Agency is proud to have been part of the project to create the Ópusztaszeri National Historic Memorial Park one of the largest exhibition developments of its kind. The experiential museum installation development was awarded 2nd place in the Compass 2016 event marketing awards. The complex work, which took more than 1.5 years to complete, was not only spectacular but also a rich experience in terms of content.
One of the main buildings of the Ópusztaszeri National Historical Monument Park is the Rotunda, which also houses the Feszty painting. The building is fully accessible from the inside, and the indoor exhibitions include state-of-the-art multimedia and interactive elements that meet all the museum-tourism requirements of today. The historic exhibition building covers over 1,000 square metres in six thematic spaces, combining historical fidelity with modern digital experience technology. As part of the project, the Rotunda building has been extended with four new interactive exhibits related to different disciplines. In addition, the new Visitor Centre and the Cultural Heritage Workshop have been fully equipped, where both content and form have been made experiential and contemporary.

The aim of the development
Our goal was not just to build a historical exhibition and experiential museum installation - but to create a visitor experience that will be a lasting memory for all ages. Visitors can put themselves in the shoes of a soldier of the end times, sit next to Géza Gárdonyi in an installation, or simply immerse themselves in the historical context of the era - all in a fun, informative way.
In Fingerprint Advertising Agency's approach, the experience cannot be purely visual - the visitor is truly connected when they are engaged on a content, technological and emotional level. Our project in Ópusztaszer is proof of this.
