In the first phase, our agency brand analysis which identified the company's current market position, target group, strengths and differentiators. As a result, the marzipan, which laid the groundwork for further creative and communication steps.

Our PR team has developed the new slogan, and key messages that reflect the brand's credibility and values. Particular attention has been paid to ensuring that the visual identity of the brand is consistent with these messages. Our creative team designed a fresh, modern and unique identity that combines professionalism with a bold visual approach. This identity gives Service Flow a trendy, bold look that is eye-catching and differentiates it from other HR services companies.

As part of the project, we prepared a comprehensive an identity manual, which includes rules on logo use, the use of colours and typography, and guidelines for offline and online communication tools. The branding manual ensures a consistent look and feel across all communication channels.

In addition, the creative team at Fingerprint Agency designed the UX/UI architecture of the Service Flow website with a particular focus on user experience and transparency. The aim was to make it easy for visitors to the company's website to access the information that is relevant to them and to leave with a positive impression. The website was developed on WorPress engine with Elementor editor, optimized according to Yoast SEO rules.

The collaboration will also include further offline and digital advertising material all of which have been built around the brand strategy we defined earlier. These visual materials are not only aesthetically pleasing, but also effectively support the increase brand awareness and the attracting new customers.
