Event management on a new level - Vodafone Future Truck roadshow

When Vodafone wanted to bring the future closer to the people, one thing was certain: the experience would not be presented in a conventional location. And so the concept of the Vodafone Future Truck was born - a unique mobile event space that would take to the road to meet people across the country.

In this project, the Fingerprint Advertising Agency team took on the event truck part of the event management - on behalf of HPS Group. The aim was to organise an experiential roadshow that would both serve the brand's communication objectives and provide real value to visitors.

The centrepiece was a mobile event hall, a monumental event camion that also served as a mobile stage. The visuals alone were impressive, but it was the interior design, the technological content and the visual world that made the event truly memorable. The entire exterior of the event camion was covered with stickers and oneway vison film produced in our decorating factory. Drone footage of the event was also taken, so the Vodafone logo was also applied to the entire top of the event truck. Interior walls were also decorated and exciting LED lighting was added to make it more atmospheric for visitors.

Visitors to the National Regatta in Siófok could take a ride in a plane simulator, try virtual driving, VR games and meet a humanoid robot. Inside, a climate-controlled VR game room was set up with unique VR development solutions and exciting simulators. Children were greeted by animators and parents by friendly hosts. All members of the target group left with experiences and impressions - exactly what you would expect from a well-organised tourism or technology event.

The brand message was reinforced not only by the content but also by the form. The decoration of the event van and the interior design were closely linked to the Vodafone brand identity. A solid technical background, smooth logistics and experienced staff ensured that every detail was in place.

This roadshow was also a milestone for us: the realisation of a complex, mobile venue that can deliver a memorable brand experience anywhere. We're proud to have been part of it - because for us, event management is not just a service, it's an experience.
